Q. How long does my order take to ship? 

A. Please allow 1-2 weeks for printing/shipping process. Shirts and pins have a 2-4 week pre order time. Once order has been marked shipped please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive within the United States and 14 to 21 days for international orders. Unless tracking is provided if so please keep up to date with tracking number.

Q. What happens if I don't receive my order within the mentioned time frame?

A. Please reach out via email to Narisota.co@gmail.com with your order number. From there, we will check to see if the order was returned to us and have the product reissued, if possible. Some items might not be replaceable due to being sold out or discontinued and a gift card or refund can be issued. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, but we will do our best to possibly replace out of goodwill.

Q. What happens if I put the wrong address or there's a typo in my address? 

A. PLEASE please please double check your address at checkout. If your order has not shipped and there's a mistake, please send an email to Narisota.co@gmail.com with your order number and correction so that we can get it fixed ASAP. 

Q. Can I return my order?

A. No, as all sales are final.. Please refer to the above sections for shipping time frames / what to do if your order is not received. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please send an email to Narisota.co@gmail.com

Q. How do I apply a sticker?

A. You'd be surprised how often we get asked this question. First, make sure the surface is clean. You can use a spray cleaner like Windex and a paper towel. Second, apply and use a squeegee or credit / gift card to get rid of any bubbles. Third, enjoy your new sticker!

Q. What if I am missing an item or received the wrong order? 

A. It was a mistake on my end, and it got missed. No biggie just toss me a DM or email, and I will right the situation!
